Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens but as a small business, cancellations on short notice and no shows prohibit other clients from being able to fill popular appointment times. 

 

When scheduling a credit card is now required to hold your appointment. We require that you provide a minimum of a 24 hour notice to cancel or change an appointment.  Appointment cancellations or appointment changes made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled services. All No Shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

 

We also understand that because life happens and things do come up so we will honor 1 late cancellation or no show per every 6 month period with no charge to you.  This will be tracked within our system.

 

As a courtesy our automated booking system will text or email you when you book your appointment as well as 48 hours prior to your scheduled service to confirm your appointment.

 

If for any reason our staff  may need to cancel on a client in less than 24 hours we will honor a 20% off your rescheduled service.
